  • 1.  CA Identity Governance user "ad1\admin" is missing from Eurekify Configuration.

    Hi
    I'm can't use user ad1\eadmin login IDG Portal.
    I'm not found this user in the "Eurekify" configuration.
    What should I do?
    Possible to recreate this user or assign Eurekify Admin Role to new users?

    Perhaps you have are not using the default authentication directory?

    You can try to login via Client tools and provide admin role to some other user and use it.
