hi Team,

When a certification is hung , sometimes we will make it complete by executing database queries. When we do that rejections made on the certification campaigns were not included in the Universe Export diff file.


Could you please let us know how do we get the rejections in the natural way for hung certs.​

editing data in the data base outside of the product functionality is never suggested:
"sometimes we will make it complete by executing database queries."

There may be code before or after that query that has to run, and you are not giving it a chance.

it would be better to investigate why the certifications are becoming hung in the first place.
