    Hi Everyone,

    I have a very strange behavior of Portal.
    I have configured Forgotten Password Reset for the users.
    I have clickatell configured as SMS GW (it works without any issue).
    Now, once I reach the option to choose between Email and Mobile, I get the following:
        - When I choose Email all is good
        - When I choose Mobile, Submit button is disabled

    Any Idea? (Mobile number is there I just removed it from the pictures :))

    Version I have is 14.4.1 and all HF applied.

    Thats odd, is the phone number listed as a 'home phone' in the account?   Since we cannot text a home phone number in the past it would error out in the background and just dump the user back onto the login page.   This may be how we have addressed that, by removing the submit button when a 'home phone' is seen.

    Otherwise I would suggest a support ticket to look into this oddity.

    No, it is Mobile phone.
    Actually, I think there is bug in the Public.js script in the portal.
    But, since it is VApp, I am unable to confirm my theory, because I cant change the script.
