    Hi All,
    I am working on VAPP 14.1 CA IG environment. very often the below error is seen in the log.
    ERROR [com.eurekify.batch.connectors.imports.impl.IMImport] (default task-31) null

    At times this error logged continuously like 200 lines when I tried to do operation like open a certification template for edit.
    Can you please tell me what the reason behind this error occurring and what I can debug to get it fixed.
    Please help.

    We have a support case open on this particular error and will work to find a resolution through the support ticket. 

    Ill leave this thread open in case anyone else has run into this and has some advise and will update with resolution for future clients who might run into this error.
