Role tab not available in Access Right Module

Hi, i am using Identity Portal 14.1
In the Access Right Module i have defined application and roles groups
Anyway when the end user click on the Permission Request Module, he is not able to see the Role Tab , but only Current and Application Tabs

On a 14.3 environment i see all the tabs:

Is there a way to enable Tab?

Once Configured in the catalog

Then map in roles

You will see displayed in the access module
