Yes, you need to upload your csv,

    You ask:
    Q. So File attachment type we can not perform upload function ?

Please provide more details or rephrase your question.  You can not upload with csv?  Any error or issue with the upload?  Thank you for the clarification.

When i define the field as DisplayType=File Attachment, form display as "No File attached", there is not "Upload button"
That why i the question, using File attachment type we can not perform upload function ?"

    Dear William,

It is also possible when DisplayType = File Attachment, to upload the file like "excel, txt, csv". As in our env we are using it as File attachment to upload a file into the form.
Please cross check the Target that you are using in your environment.

    Thanks,

    Hi Tanu,
May i know the server type and the target name u used for the attachment ?

Firstly, the attachment that we will upload is .docx when making access request.
After submission, the approver can review the .docx submitted by request and then decide to approve or reject.

The file attachment does not need to be stored in userstore. Just need to be available for approver to review the attachment.

    regards,
    William
