  • 1.  CA Mobile Authenticator

    Hi Team,

    We are now rolling out CA Mobile Authenticator (the latest version) to our users (for this pilot phase, we identified around 10 users) at China, who are using android and IOS mobiles.  The success rate in provisioning the account are unfortunately, so far only 1 successful provisioning on IOS but none on the android.

    Understand that in China, there are restriction been applied by their local authority.  Would like to know of the restriction and whether affect CA Mobile Authenticator account provisioning?  Or anyone able to share their experiences on such rollout.

    This is not part of the identity management product suit.

    @Christopher Hackett, can you move this to the Symantec Access management communities?
