  • 1.  Identity Portal password reset

    Hello Team.

    From ID Portal, the reset password functionality requires that the Questions/Answers must be provided, orelse, the page would not even load.

    However, my customer would like the page to open, so the user could click on OTP button (to send a new OTP to his/her manager).

    Any idea will be much appreciated.

    Hi Charly,

    In IM you should modify the Forgot password admin task and change Questions/Answers to OTP

    Hi Avinash.
    They need both.
    If you have provided challenge responses, you should answer them. if not, you cuols use the OTP option. The issue is that if the challenge response are empty, you are not able to get to the OTP page.

    That is the correct behaviour Charly,

    If customer want both then he has to set Questions/Answer for that user. It cannot be empty.

    They can use Deploy eXPress and deploy "Set My Security Questions" module for setting Questions/Answer
