    hi support

i am trying to do a email notification on the completion status if the first stage and second stage of approval had approved the request. But i dont want the email being send out if the task status was partially completed because my email template will based on the task that's fully completed. The task with a partially completed status appeared if the second stage approval rejected the request and the task that's only fully completed if the second stage approval approved the request. i tried to modify my email notification template to query the taskpersistence database for finding out the value in the state column in tasksession12_5 table to identify the partially completed value
The URL below is the url that i mam refering

But unfortunately i get the connection fail error toward the data sources. Please refer to the following for my configuration

Do you have any information you can provide in this post regarding the solution?  Was it an issue with your PX or a different error in the event pointing to the root cause?  Thank you for any information you can provide for any future community searches on these types of errors.
