  • 1.  Identity Suite - Unable to Add Machine when patch level is different

    Hi Team,
    Identity Suite 14.3 vapp.

    Firstly, i have setup my test env with 14.3 vapp(First VAPP) with installed patch level VA CP level1,
    then i tried to setup another VM(as second node) (which is a fresh VM with OVA).

    After i configured the IP address(192.168.1.115) on the second node.
    Then i go back to my first node and Add Machine, it does not allow me to add the second node and return an ERROR
    compliant the patch level different first node and second node.

    Now my question is that How can i add the second node to existing cluster when the first node is installed with latest patch level ?

    Is there a reason you can't patch the 2nd node to CP1?

    ok, thanks for the advice.
    I tot we can't patch the vapp when it is still a fresh node.
