  • 1.  VAPP out of space.

    Hi Team,

    VAPP server is out of memory, please advise a document to clear logs.
    What is the best practice in clearing logs? I tried to clear using config user but looks like no enough privileges.
    Kindly advise.

    Hi Pavel,

    Are you out of memory of out of space?  It seems like you are not out of memory but out of space.  If that is the case, cd to /opt/CA/VirtualAppliance/logs and then on cd to each folder (e.g IP, IDM , IG) you will be able to clear up logs files in there.  For some components like directory or provisinining, you need to switch user to dsa or imps for clearning.
