RoleDefinitions.xml import error

Hi all,

When executing the file import (Reglas_Negocio_carga12) gave error. When importing the file "Reglas_Negocio_carga13" it worked normal. For file generation I only used one template file, and what differentiates each one is only the content of each IdentityPolicySet.

I checked the IDM logs and found no significant errors (eg ERROR [ims.idmmanage] (Thread-9564) [facility = 0 severity = 0 reason = 0 status = 0 message =])
I restarted Environment. I restarted VA and still some files are imported and some not.
Making a comparison in the files the difference is only the content. All keys open and close and found no inconsistencies.

Is there any other log that gives me more details of the import error ? Am I doing something wrong?
The tests was done between 11AM - 14PM - 2019-07-30

Are there any additional errors in the IM log? I tried importing your XML into a blank environment and it worked for me. Do these already exist, causing a conflict? It should still overwrite them.
