  • 1.  CA Identity Portal (vApp 14.1)- Send mail to initiator from WorkPoint

    Hi All,
    Greetings!

    I am trying to send mail to the initiator in case of rejection (either by Approvor or based on logic) from WorkPoint. However, I am not sure about the configuration as mails are not sending even for the direct mail entering in the Mail Tab of the Node. 

    Could anyone help me with doc/link to verify the configuration in WorkPoint regarding Mail and code to send mail to initiator from WorkPoint?

    Confirm the /standalone/deployments/iam_im.ear/config/GeneralMonitor.properties is setup properly.  I recommend checking the logs to see any errors and review the following knowledge article.

    I have checked the  /standalone/deployments/iam_im.ear/config/GeneralMonitor.properties and it has correct values. Since I'm new, could you please let me know where I could find logs specific to WP errors?
