  • 1.  Recurring Certification - giving error in CA Identity Portal

    I'm using 14.1 vAPP CA IG and CA Identity Portal.  CA IG certification are reviewed through CA Idenitity Portal.

     

     

    While Opening any recurring certification "DeltaRecurringCertification Recurring #1" from "My Campaigns" I'm getting below error.

     

     

    While all other certification campaigns are opening fine in Identity Portal.  Please help me fix it.

    I think you should open a support ticket.

    Can you check if the names of the other campaign have numbers/special symbols?
