Second Approval Step workflow in CA IG

Hi All,

 

I am trying to create a second step level workflow in CA Identity Governance. I have followed the steps as per doc but no luck yet. I have cloned and copied an existing user certification workflow. I have added Level2Certify node for 2nd step approval. PFB the screenshot of my workflow.

 

 In workflow properties i have specified property "flow.customgrp.PortalUser.level2approver". This property holds the level 2 reviewer ID.

 

I am not sure if something is wrong with the workflow i created.

 

Please advise.

What is the behavior of your new workflow process? Are you getting errors? Does the job never reach the second approver?

Sorry for the late response.

 

I was able to resolve the issue. The issue was i have not created Connection with IG using Buildingblock service tab. Once i established the connection it started working.
