For a use case I need to ensure the unique value of the ProxyAddress value I pass to the AD. I'm currently faced with a rather time consuming LDAP query to validate the ProxyAddress is unique. Is there a faster/better way to validate this?
I don't think there is a better/faster way of checking the value if the AD is the place where the data is stored. Perhaps there is a AD global catalog closer to the IM Server that could be queried. Do you know what aspect is consuming the time?
