    Null Pointer Exception is coming After explore and corelate definition execution. Can you please find below screen shots and help me in any way?. Thanks in Advance any help is welcome.

    Does the E&C work?  Does the E&C create the users in the IM userstore?  You see the null pointer and E&C still works or you seeing a problem in PM and E&C.  Any errors in ETAtrans log?  

     

    The ETATrans log settings are located in Provisioning Manager under System => Domain Configuration => Transaction Log => Level => Value(s). Edit the log value to reflect the level of logging you'd like set.  After adjusting the log level it is a good idea to restart the Provisioning Server service to ensure that the change takes effect.

    Along with what Scott mentioned, we would also need to know the version you are using.

    Our release notes for R 14.1 has some fixes to the Explore and Correlate features.

     

    1080794DE364476Inbound notifications get stuck when CA Identity Manager Task Persistence is cleanup before processing the notifications.

    The inbound event processing task fails to find the correct environment ID for the parent event that is deleted, resulting in a null pointer exception.

    if you are not already on CP5, then upgrade to CP8 which has the code to fix this, and this does not resolve the issue, you will need to create a support ticket for us to investigate further.
