Unable to submit a task

    Hi All,

     

     Issue:-If user clicks on link modify my profile and try to change any value.After clicking submit ,it gives back the same page.

     

    Where this issue occurs intermittently. Unable to reproduce this issue in lower environment and not seeing any logs related to this behavior in IDM logs as well.

     

    Please advise or suggest if any faced this issue previously.

    Perhaps there is some invalid valid on the screen preventing proper task submission. If you need further assistance you may be best served by opening a support case.
