IDM Approval workflow.

My customer requirement ,they wan to set approval workflow level separate by applications such as Application A set 1 approval workflow, Application B set 2 approval workflow etc. I'm not sure, IDM can support this?If yes, How to configure?

Consider policy based workflow. In the event tab of the task, select the event for which the workflow would run, and select Policy Based from the type of workflow.

You can then assign a workflow and approvers based on the information in the task.

For example if the attribute "applications" has app a, workflow 1 will run, if it has app b, workflow 2 will run. Since all policies are evaluated, in this scenario, if both app a and app b are selected, both workflow 1 and 2 will run.
