  • 1.  Public task for unlock AD account

    Hi all,

     

    We have faced with requirement to unlock AD account using Credential Provider. In IM documentation I have found that I can configure Credential Provider "Link2 URL" as "Unlock Account Link". This link should be a URL to a web interface allowing a user to unlock an account.

    Do anybody have experience in implementation of this feature ?

    Can I create IM  Self-service public task for UNLOCK AD account using QnA ?

    Just as a suggestion: You may want to consider opening a support case for this. I'll try to find more but if you don't get answers here, perhaps you can log a case.
