We have faced with requirement to unlock AD account using Credential Provider. In IM documentation I have found that I can configure Credential Provider "Link2 URL" as "Unlock Account Link". This link should be a URL to a web interface allowing a user to unlock an account.
Do anybody have experience in implementation of this feature ?
Can I create IM Self-service public task for UNLOCK AD account using QnA ?
