SSL Communication Issue CA IDM vApp - JasperReports

Hello all.

 

I´m trying to enable SSL communication between CA Identity Manager (bundled into virtual appliance) and JasperServer.

 

Into CA IDM documentation, explains how the jasper certificate must be imported into cacerts keystore (CA IDM), but this operation is not possible since the user config for virtual appliance does not have write permission over keystore file.

 

Someone already tried another workaround for enable SSL comms?

Starting from vApp cumulative patch 14.0.0.0002 (Released: 2017-03-01) - we have added permission to use the keytool command to import an SSL certificate to the Java trust-store, please update to the latest vApp CP (3) available at: https://docops.ca.com/ca-identity-suite/14-0/EN/ca-identity-suite-virtual-appliance/ca-identity-suite-virtual-appliance-…

After apply the patch, we successfully access and write into the keystore.
