Credential provider Setting

Hi everyone,

 

It has been a long time from my last question. Here, I come again ^^''

Actually, my client use the Credential Provider component so Users can reset their password and unlock it by themselves once security questions were well answered. 

after answering these questions, the authentication page of CA Identity Manager shows up.

So I need to click " return" and close this authentication page to Identity Manager, So I can reset my password.

 

Have you an Idea please if I can get rid off this authentication page ?

  If you look here:Credential Provider Registry Settings - CA Identity Manager - 12.6.8 - CA Technologies Documentation 

 

  there is a setting for:

• comp508
  Enables the Return function in a menu. If unchecked, the Return dialog is used

  My assumption is that this is checked.

  If it is unchecked does it provide the behavior that you want?

Yes it is checked in the current configuration.

Badly, that does not work... I have a small window that appears during the process with the mention to come back to the platform.

To explain it better,

 

After answering security questions and changing my password, I have the attached web page.

 

Users are obliged to click on " Revenir" ( Quit in English) to connect to their sessions again.

I want to get rid of this page and go directly to the windows authentication fields.

Hmm... Not sure there is a setting to do this.

The only setting that changes the behavior of that redirect is the return checkbox.

 

You maybe able to open an idea for this functionality. I would suggest screen scrapping your entire desired functionality when you do.
