PX getting failed for reset password event

1st policy =We have one PX one is setting user password attribute attribute and called on reset password event ,
2nd policy= is to update (on modify user event)user ADS group member ship based on one attribute circle in user profile .

Both policy are working fine when we disable one and keep other as enabled , but when we enable both policy and do a password reset task is getting failed saying reason is another policy which is on modify user event ,
Error is like this =
Modify user "godu01.singh (godu01)": Generated By Policy Xpress: Failed to execute ModifyUserEvent. ERROR MESSAGE: PxSystemException:Error building matched rules for policy A failure occurred evaluating a policy called "ADS AutoGrpAddition". Stopping the event

Hi Deepak,

 

This sounds like it may necessitate a support case.

 

It sounds to me that there may be a conflict of timing between these two policies. How are you serializing these two policies?  What is the event or task trigger for each of them?

 

You can export the IME zip file, and include it here and let us know the names of both policies and we can have a look.

 

However, as said, I feel it would be better analyzed via a support case.
