We have created and explored an Oracle Application endpoint in CA IM.
For those explored accounts, the responsibilities are scoped by the appropriate security groups.
However, when we try to grant additional responsibilities to the account, CA IM always grants the standard security group.
We could not see the option to select other security groups.
We want to scope the responsibilities with the appropriate security group. How do we do it in CA IM?
Any suggestion is much appreciated.
This would depend greatly on your account template configuration.
Can you provide a screen shot of the account templates group tab?
i attached a screen shot of the account templates. there is no group tab.
Would you share some steps or screen shots to illustrate how the security group can be changed in the account templates, please?
It's noticed you already have a case #00185001 in support
"Standard" is hard-coded in the source code and, therefore, non-standard security groups is not able to be added to a responsibility via IMPM. Please If wishes to have that functionality enabled, an enhancement request is the best way to move forward.
So for this question a suggest please you open an idea here in ca communities to suggest having this functionality in future for this connector.
Already have one idea. Also added one vote to idea OFIN Connector to support other security groups defined by Customer

i download ODBC instant client 32 bit for windows ... but i can not see what are the next steps after installation of this client
