Im using IDM 12.6.8 on weblogic.
We have a requeriment from an area related to email notifications.
In our environment we have created some roles, the name of these roles all start with the word "ESP_", all the roles which name starts like this requires an approval. So far we managed to configure an approval process using WorkPoint and thats working properly.
The challenge we are facing comes with email notifications for these approvals. We need to send and email notification when any of these roles are approved or rejected. The email notification has to contain something like this "The role ESP_Admin has been approved for user Jhon Doe".
We dont know how to trigger this notification and also how are we going to reference the role that has been approved on the email.
Any idea on how can this be achived?
