CA Identity Portal - DirectEndpoint -> Resume/Suspend/Change Password

    Hi Team,
    In Identity Portal 14.3, we can defined an endpoint(AD) directly into Access Module and allow user to perform resume/suspend/change password.
    After user have submit the request to perform resume/suspend/change password, the request perform the action immediately without creating any request entry in "My Request" 



    Q1. Is there a way to generate an entry in "My Request", when user have perform resume/suspend/change password via the above way ?

    Q2. Is there a way to configure approval when user perform "Change Password" via the above way ?

    IP does not have its own Workflow.  You will need to configure a Workflow in IM.  Once configured it will display as an approval item in IP.
