  • 1.  No data retrieved, the capture timeout may be too low

    Hello dear community,

    I'm facing  a problem with a Huawei 3ComRT device.
    When i need to save the configuration, i have an error message "No data retrieved, the capture timeout may be too low".
    What can be the raison of this error message please ? how we can resolve it ?

    Hi Mayssa and Sara,

    Is this device using TFTP / FTP or SSH.

    If it is using TFP / FTP you can change the timeout values here.

    Even though the techdoc says 10.4.0, we have implemented the JSCH libraries in 10.3.1.

    We reconfigured the time out as mentionned in the link but we still have the same error.
    For information, the device is using ssh.
    Can you tell me please what can be the cause of this issue please. how we can resolve it.
