maintenance schedule

Hi Everyone

I have noticed something strange with scheduling. say I have a recurring schedule for the 1st friday of the month.
I have several devices that I want to go into maintenance on the first friday between 10am and 12pm.

it appears that the actual devices go into the maintenance a day later than expected, but the correct hours.
the system uses ntp for synchronization. when i use the unix date command  the correct date and time are on the OS.

any ideas what could cause this anomaly?  anyone else seen this behavior?

Is this for Spectrum product?
Are you scheduling Maintenance in Geographically Distributed Environments?
