Spectrum 10.3.2 BMP Download

According to the documentation, the first BMP for Spectrum 10.3.2 was released two days ago:

Bi-Monthly Patches (BMPs) on 10.3.2

I would have expected to find the BMP in this location for download, but it's not there:

CA Spectrum r10.3 Solutions & Patches

Is there another place from where I can download the BMP, or is this just Broadcoms usual timing mismatch?

Is there a distributed install version?

BMP are not released as distributed installs. I've never seen a distributed install for a BMP.
