  • 1.  Spectrum Inside View and Grafana with no data in dashboards

    Hello,

    I've just installed Spectrum 10.4.2 and was configuring Spectrum Inside View.

    After doing the configurations requested on the documentation, the grafana dashboards are empty though ("No Data")

    Anyone had the same problem and are able to help troubleshoot?

    Make sure InsideView is started. I do not believe is starts by default.

    Ensure Influx is running.

    Review "Install and Import Dashboard in Grafana" section of the docs to ensure you have configured it correctly.

    Hello Joseph,

    Influx is running.

    I realized one strange thing:
    When I run the ./SpectrumInsideView command in bash, I get data in the Grafana.

    So it seems like the SpectrumInsideView is not running after all.

    When I try to run in OneClick web interface I got the following error:

    SPC-OCA-10551: Invalid format 

    And all the parameters disappear.

    Any advice?

    It does not look like the InsideView Configuration page is filled out properly.

    Here is how min eis filled out by default and it works fine.

    I was able to edit now the parameters and InsidePerformanceView is now working fine!
