  • 1.  CAPM: applying business hours for a time period spanning midnight

    Reference to case # 20060387 How do I create an "After Hours" time period (17h00 - 08h00) .
    The assigned support engineer confirmed that it is impossible to create and apply a period spanning midnight to any reports, dashbords, etc.
    Also, it is not possible to apply 2 time periods ( pre-midnight and after-midnight) to the same report/dashboard.

    My customer would like to request an enhancement to CAPM, so that reports can be run for periods outside of normal business hours, for instance between 17h00 and 07h00 the following morning.

    Your feedback regarding the feasibility of this request will be appreciated.
