Threshhold for increasing percentage within specified time

Under CA Performance Center, Is there a way to define a threshhold event rule (under Threshhold Profile), that can create a RULE to measure and trigger something like CPU time increased 50% within 5 minutes? Or if there's a workaround for doing that? We are using version 3.6.

You could use something along the lines of Percent of Baseline:

This would allow you to generate a rule that could say something along the lines of:

Trigger a raise event if Bandwidth Utilization is > 20% of the Calculated Baseline for 5 min out of 5 min.
