  • 1.  ca spectrum launch to ca pc

    hi everyone,
we have configured our ca pc and ca spectrum to SSL connections (with our on certificates)
and i have noticed that when i right-click on a device on spectrum, the 'CA Performance Center' launch redirect to an ip and not to the DNS of the pc server.
our certificate works with the dns, so the site is not secured.
    how can i change it?
    thank you

You need to go on the Performance Center machine, and run /opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/SsoConfig.

Goto first/only option, then PC settings.  Do Remote Value (1), and select Web Site Host option.  u to update, then enter the FQHN of the PC machine.
    q to exit SsoConfig.
After the next, or following depending on timing of change, Spectrum sync with PC, it should pull down the new PC WebSiteHost value and use that in launchback urls.

Search for a model named NetqosIntegrationManager and change its attribute CAPC_URL_Prefix (0x5c40005) to match the hostname that you need.

Catalin....  That will work temporarily until a full Spectrum sync is done and overridden by PC value.
