Redundant Device Availability (HA Pair)

Hello Everyone,

We have a requirement for creating a report for aggregate availability of the redundant device(passive) in an HA Pair for all the network devices and servers in HA. We have CA Spectrum and Performance management is our environment. Please let me know if it possible to achieve this?

Hi Praveen,

Performance Management doesn't have any code that would provide an aggregate Availability value that covers multiple different devices in one value. That would be an Enhancement Request.

A View in a PM Dashboard report, set against a custom Group containing only the target devices for their Availability, would at least show that data per device. You could use one of the Top style Views, or a Table style View, to sort the values to show different top offenders.

Not sure that there is a way to provide aggregate Availability in Spectrum. Fairly certain it's not possible but not 100% sure.
