We have spectrum 10.4 with jasper muti tenant structure , Single sign on is not working if the user is logged through tenant ,if they click the jasper console tab in spectrum url because spectrum is not pulling organization name ,it users as spectrum . Is every one facing the same issue ?
Everytime the users need to access jasper url separate and need to enter organization ,user name and password .
