  • 1.  Self Monitoring DX NetOps -Systems Performance for Infrastructure Managers (SystemsEDGE)

    Hello Broadcom Community,

    We are interested in monitoring out NetOps stack using SystemsEDGE. Under the latest 20.2 techdocs, the following steps are suggested:

    Monitoring System Health with CA Systems Performance for Infrastructure Managers

    Take the following steps to locate the agent image:
    • In a web browser, navigate to support.ca.com.
    • Log in with your email address and password. You must be a registered user on www.ca.com to access the Support pages.
      The Support home page opens.
    • Select
      Download Center
      ,
      Download Products
      .
    • Type 'CA Systems Performance for Infrastructure Managers' in the 'Enter the Product Name here' field.
    • Select
      12.8
       from the
      Select a Release
       drop-down list.
    • Select
      SP 02
      from the
      Select a Gen level
      drop-down list.
    • Click
      Go
      .
      The download links appear for the CA Systems Performance for Infrastructure Managers - MULTI-PLATFORM UNIX and Windows.
    • Click
      Download
      .


    Following these steps, I cannot find the SystemsEDGE download package. Is this package still published?

    Tom,

    Looks like that page needs to be updated to align with the new support site.

    Log in to the support site at support.broadcom.com and select Enterprise Software.

    Select Product Downloads.

    Search for and select "System Performance for IM".

    That should bring you to the r12.8 release downloads.

    It would appear that way. You should be able to see something like this if it's a product the site you're logged in against is entitled to it.

    Might want to reach out to the account management team for assistance.

    Possible that reaching out to the support site support team might help. They may be able to confirm your entitlement. If so, they may find you should have access to that and might be able to resolve it.
