In which spectrum server, alarm notifier to be created in the Spectrum Distributed Environment. Also, please guide me the steps to create an alarm notifier in the spectrum distributed environment.

I am unbale to get your point we have 2 SS and 1 OC so Alarm notifier is will installed on 1st SS it will send alarms from both SS?
