  • 1.  Spectrum appdynamics integration

    Hi All,
    Can anyone tell me if they have successfully integrated Appdynamics with Spectrum.  If so, do you have some information you can share.  I tried about 4 years ago to take a trap that they were sending that had only one OID in it, and spent weeks trying to customize events unsuccessfully. Has anyone else had any luck with this  they can share?

    I did at my privous employer. I solved it by letting Appdyn execute a policyviolation script instead of using the built in snmptrap feature - and then I let the script forward the information needed using snmptrap. I uploaded the script to this message. Its a few years old - but you'd get an idea how I solved it - which you probably could use.

    ...and the file  - which I have changed .tar to .doc, otherwise it would be uploadable. So download and change back to .tar
