    Hello Team,

We are receiving NetFlow data from a device that we can see it on the "Enabled Interface" page but on the Interface page, we are unable to view the router. I am seeing only interfaces for which the license has been enabled. Please tell us how we can manually enable the license. Restarting of harvester service did not help.

Netflow packets capturing on the device. The issue is not with the port 2055 (we have changed the default port used in the harvester).
    netflow packet capture

Netflow Version: NetOps 19.1 - CA Network Flow Analysis 10.0.0 (build39)

Check the Interface Last Flow like this:

Use this article How can I determine if a NetFlow enabled device is sending the correct fields and data using WireShark?

    Hello @Carlos Radice,

Yes, this is a new device.

The Last flow status is "Never" but the flow status is in green.  Please suggest.
