EVENT MAP IN ALERT MAP FILE HAVING ISSUE

hello All,

i am mapping a trap in CA spectrum 10.2.1 and when i map it the spectrum represent my mapping but the variables present in trap, values are missing then or invisible.
i am adding the imgs of alertmap file and also the events received from device.

please help to resolve the issue.

In the last entry, you should not have the backslash, example:

Please correct the below in AlertMap file.

Also, I would like to see the event message variables you used in event configuration. The event message should contain the variables as mentioned below (example) to display the content of the trap.

SystemUpTime: {S 1} 
TrapDetail: {S 2}
CauseOfTrap: {S 3}

Go to Event configuration Editor --> Look for the above events you mapped to traps and verify the event message for the variables.
