  • 1.  Scheduled Reports in DX PM are not getting generated properly

    Hello all,

    I have scheduled few reports in DX PM, they are getting generated but with error message-

    1 of 2 queries failed. See logs for details.


    Query failed. See the logs for details. (Query ID: 0d611da7-e0a5-4982-91f5-fc8ae465723b)


    Can anyone help here.

    Vatansha,

    If you have not already, I would recommend opening a support case to dig into this situation.  That being said some of the things you can do to get a bit of insight into what may be going on are:

    1. RIB Debugging for the specific report:

    2. Logs to look at on PC:

    /opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/DM/logs/DMService.log
    /opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/DM/logs/DMService.log

    3. If the problem is based on data from the Data Repository/Data Aggregator, logs to look for on the DA:

    /opt/IMDataAggregator/apache-karaf-2.4.3/data/log/karaf.log

    Given that the message is that the queries failed, I expect to see messages to the same within the above logs and further detail on the messages if you first utilize the RIB Debugging functionality from item 1.
