Report publishing delay in CABI

When we try to generate reports from CABI which is integrated with PM there is one hour delay in reports ,however in PC dashboards the reports are upto  date. Also also the server time zone are set to right and we are selecting the same time zone in CABI while generating the reports. PM version is 3.7 and cabi is 7.1.1.1. Anyone encountered this issue?

Check the user that you are using in CABI if has the same Time Zone: in PC Administration / User Settings / Users
