    We are connected our banks end devices with our ca spectrum via MPLS , in this case when the MPLS links getting flap or down we are received last mile down for all banks end devices which are connected through MPLS. 
    our requirement is when the MPLS link BGP getting down or link flap/down -alarm for only MPLS links and all others need to be suppressed which are connected in MPLS( bank end devices).
