    We have integrated Spectrum 21.2.1 with BMC Remedy 9.1. Creating and closing tickets/alarms is working fine with the default Remedy web app.

    We would like to use the Remedy Smart IT web app instead. Changing the "Service Desk Client URL" in the Service Desk Configuration page in OneClick only solved half of the problem. The URL for the service desk ticket in OneClick only goes to the default landing page for Smart IT.
    Anyone have some experience with changing the URL for service desk tickets? More specific the suffix/respond for the URL?
