Netops portal user creation without sso and LDAP integration

Greetings to all. Some have had the experience of creating users in netops portal without using sso or integrating it via ldap. Local users only?

You can create local Performance Center (DX NetOps) users via the Administration->User Management->Users page.
Or via rest http(s)://PC:8181(2)/pc/center/rest/users/documentation

You don't need SAML2 or LDAP to have users in PC.  It's supports all local users.
