  • 1.  Unable to submit tickets for Spectrum alarms in Service Desk either manually or automatically

    Unable to submit tickets for Spectrum alarms in CA Service Desk either manually or automatically. Looked at Service Desk configuration page and I am able to connect to service desk web services and everything looks good.

    Below is the error when I try to submit the ticket.


    When I looked at Spectrum OneClick server logs, below I can see.

    Hi Rajashekar,

    Has this ever worked before?
    If positive, what was changed?
    By the way, did you check the CA Service Desk log files (C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Desk Manager\log\stdlog.#) and the sniffer trace?

    Thank you Silvio for responding. Yes, it was working fine till yesterday and we have migrated URLs to new F5 load balancer. This caused the communication issue between service desk and Spectrum when there was a call from Spectrum.
    We are able to solve the issue after working with our networking team who adjusted the session timeout value at load balancer for these URLs.

    Glad to hear the problem was fix. Was the session in F5 set to persistence?
