Cannot Pull a report from CABI server

We have newly integrated CABI sever to CA PC and Spectrum. when we are trying to pull Detailed Event Log: Group report it's given below error does any has any idea on this?

Is here Broadcom Management level employee? we are very disappointed with Broadcom support. we have long pending report generation issue from Spectrum and PM since august.

If you are having trouble on a support case we recommend raising a concern to management through the support portal.
I reviewed both cases and see this hasn't been done yet. This is the best way to escalate a case to management as it goes directly to a manager.
Someone will reach out to you within 24 hours upon raising the concern.
