  • 1.  CA Spectrum 10.4.1 integration with Remedy 20.X

    We are running Spectrum 10.4.1 on Win12 and Remedy 20.2. We want to integrate both products for auto tickets creation. Currently we see Spectrum only have the integration with Remedy on version 9.1. Question:
    What is it take to integration Spectrum 10.4.1 with Remedy 20.2?
    Is Spectrum 10.4.1 support Remedy 20.2?
    if No, what version of Spectrum will support Remedy 20.2 integration?

    I don't think Broadcom would validate the integrations at such a pace that you require.

    You might check for differences in the release notes for 20.2 and 9.1. If you don't see any relevant changes on the APIs, it would most likely work. I would recommend you to test it to see if is working. Chances are that it will work, even if not explicitly specified by support. Once Broadcom is going to test and validate it, it will be updated in the documentation.
