New End of Service Dates

Hello All,

In the interest of giving our customers more flexibility to address IT priorities resulting from the global COVID-19 pandemic, the following versions of the below products with a recent or upcoming end of service date have had their end of service dates moved to October 31, 2020.

Product	Release	Previous End of Service Date	New End of Service Date
Network Flow Analysis	9.3.3 and 9.3.6	June 12, 2020	October 31, 2020
DX Performance Management	3.6.x	June 30, 2020	October 31, 2020
Spectrum	10.2.x	April 30, 2020	October 31, 2020
Spectrum	10.3, 10.3.1, and 10.3.2	Oct 22, 2020	October 31, 2020

Customers using these versions, with valid maintenance contracts that extend through October 31st, will continue to enjoy mainstream product support until the end of October.

Nine (9) extra days of support for Spectrum 10.3.x seems like a type-o.

It is correct, I think the point was to align all the older versions to the same EOS date.

Hello Clark,

We looked at all of the products that had versions going EOS between March and Oct and pushed them all to Oct.  We wanted to keep one date and didn't want to just leave Spectrum 10.3.x completely off so we pushed that date as well.  We wanted to keep to 1 EOS date for all product versions.

We are working on building a Lifecycle Date matrix and will be adding it to the index to referenced which will link to the PM product page and matrix.  It should be loaded by the end of this week.
