  • 1.  Spectrum - Cannot find

    We are running Spectrum at version "NetOps 20.2.7 - DX NetOps Spectrum OneClick Version 10.4.3.0.2".  Today when I worked on something from OneClick console, I just found that I cannot see the Landscape from "Explorer" tab, tried open all the nodes there, still no luck, also I remember we had some "network topology" nodes with some topology diagrams configured there, but all disappeared. I tried to search "vnm" from list tab on different nodes, cannot find anything either.

    Is it something wrong and how to get them back?

    Hi Doug,

    Try stopping Spectrum Tomcat Service, deleting the $SPECROOT/tomcat/work/ directory, and starting back the Tomcat service.
